How do I get the booth?

Pick up is between 9-5 on the Friday before your rental date at our studio in Kanata (65 Denzil Doyle Court, Unit 109) or 147 Liberty Street

How do I return the booth?

The booth is due back at our studio by 5pm the following Monday. If the booth is returned late a late fee of  $150/hour (charged in 1 hour increments) will be charged.

Does the booth print?

This booth does not print pictures but it produces highly shareable digital content! If you would like a booth that prints pictures please check out our sister company MDRN Photobooth co. 

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, you will need to pay an $800 (+hst) security deposit 14 days prior to picking up the booth.  Once the booth is returned on time and undamaged, we will refund the $800 (+hst) to your credit card. 

Is a backdrop included?

No, we do not include a backdrop because we want you to have the freedom to create anything you want.

How do I get my pictures after the event?

All of your pictures will be uploaded to a custom gallery in real time (subject to wifi availability). We will provide you with a link prior to your event.

Does the booth come with props?

We do not provide props as we want you to create whatever your heart desires. 

How easy is the booth to set up?

Super easy. We will provide you with a manual on how to set up the booth along with everything you need to do it. It takes about 1 minute to set up the booth.

Does the booth require power?

Yes, the booth does require a plug but we are able to provide a battery option as well. Just contact us and request a battery option. Additional charges apply

Does the booth take black and white pictures or colour?

Both! The booth comes with both B&W and colour options that your guests can pick from.

What if I have a problem with the booth?

We provide support Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to help you with anything you need. We also provide you with information to have your event run smoothly. Our booths are so easy to use you wont need to call us anyways. 

What if my venue doesn't have wifi?

No worries. Our tablets come with built in wifi (subject to available networks) so you don't need to worry about wifi

How Large Of A Space Is Require For The Booth

The ideal space is 6x6 but we have used smaller. The booth footprint is about 1 foot x 1 foot and should be positioned about 4-6 feet away from the backdrop. You must have a plug within 10 feet of the booth or provide your own extension cord. 

How Big Are The Cases

The photobooth comes in 1 easy to roll case that will fit in the trunk of most cars but also fits nicely in the backseat.
